Cancellation policies

All cancellations must be made online from the reservation page. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to departure time to avoid cancellation fees. The reservation credit is returned to the account for these cancellations unless the limit of 3 cancellations in the subscription year has been reached.

Cancellations within 24 hours of departure:

The reservation credit is not returned for cancellations made within 24 hours of departure, regardless of the time of reservation. If the contribution is paid in cash, a charge of $7.50 will be applied to the file. If the contribution is paid by credit card, 50% of the contribution will be charged.

A passenger is considered absent if the reservation has not been cancelled before departure time and if he/she is not at the meeting point specified in the announcement 10 minutes after departure time.

Reservation credit is not issued for no-shows. If the contribution is paid in cash, a $15 fee will be applied to the file. If the contribution is paid by credit card, 100% of the contribution will be charged.

Please note that repeated cancellations, even if made more than 24 hours prior to departure, still compromise the reliability of the service for both drivers and passengers. Therefore, Kangaride reserves the right to suspend your access to the service and, if necessary, not to credit you with new reservations (bank reservations) after the third cancellation from the date of subscription (cancellations within 24 hours and cancellations after 24 hours combined).

Any cancellations can be done online on the reservation page or with the customer service by phone at 1-855-526-4274. No other arrangements with the driver will be considered valid.
